1) Fill out the application form for Aadhaar enrollment.
2) In addition to the application form along with the original documents of the Identity and Address, the person holding the Aadhaar Entitlement must appear before the Nomination Center for 10 minutes before the specified time.
3) In order to correct the Aadhaar card, the person in need of an Aadhaar, the correct document of correcting the revision, and the Aadhaar Reform Application Form should be present directly by the person in need of editing.
4) The enrollment form should be filled out for including phone number and email id in Aadhaar card.
5) Currently the expatriates are not required for Aadhaar Enrollment. The expatriates will submit with the application, including the testimony of Gazetted Officer, for 182 days resident in India. And that is the only way to do it.
1. ആധാര്‍ അംഗത്വത്തിനുവേണ്ടിയുള്ള അപേക്ഷാ ഫോറം പൂരിപ്പിച്ചു നല്‍കുക.
2. അപേക്ഷാ ഫോറത്തിനൊപ്പം തിരിച്ചറിയല്‍ രേഖയും വിലാസത്തിന്റെയും ഒര്‍ജിനല്‍ രേഖകള്‍ സഹിതം ആധാര്‍ എന്ട്രോള്മെന്റ് എടുക്കേണ്ട വ്യക്തി എന്ട്രോള്മെന്റ് സെന്ററില്‍ നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിന് 10 മിനിറ്റ് മുന്‍പ് നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകണം.
3. ആധാര്‍ രേഖയില്‍ തിരുത്തല്‍ വരുന്നതിന് ആധാറിന്റെ ഒര്‍ജിനലും, തിരുത്തല്‍ ആവശ്യമുള്ളതിന്റെ ശരിയായ രേഖയും, ആധാര്‍ തിരുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷാ ഫോറവും പൂരിപ്പിച്ച് തിരുത്തല്‍ ആവശ്യമുള്ള വ്യക്തി നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകണം.
4. ആധാര്‍ രേഖയില്‍ ഫോണ്‍ നമ്പര്‍, ഇ-മെയില്‍ എന്നിവ ചേര്‍ക്കുന്നതിന് എന്ട്രോള്മെന്റ് ഫോറം പൂരിപ്പിച്ചു നല്‍കേണ്ടതാണ്.
5. നിലവില്‍ ആധാര്‍ എന്ട്രോള്മെന്റ് പ്രവാസികള്‍ക്ക്‌ ആവശ്യമില്ല. പ്രവാസികള്‍ 182 ദിവസം ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ താമസം ഉള്ള ആള്‍ക്കാരാണെന്ന്‌ ഗസറ്റഡ്‌ ഓഫീസറുടെ സാക്ഷ്യപത്രം ഉള്‍പ്പടെ ആപ്ലിക്കേഷന്‍ സബ്‌മിറ്റ്‌ ചെയ്യുക. എന്നാല്‍ മാത്രമെ പ്രവാസികള്‍ക്ക്‌ ആധാര്‍ സാധ്യമാവുകയുള്ളൂ.
